Due to the oral care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for used or opened items for hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you have any concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@smilebrightltd.co.uk.
We are happy to assist with returns or exchanges where appropriate. Please do not send items back without first contacting our team.
